Samsung UN46C6500 and Netflix App - Trouble Playing Titles?

I have a Samsung UN46C6500 internet ready television. I have the TV connected to the internet by cable from the router. I have internet access for all other apps to include You Tube which plays the videos however when I attempt to play a movie or TV show via Netflix I get the following message "We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try back later or pick a different title." I randomly tried to play other titles and received the same message. I called ALL tech support (Netflix, Samsung, Internet Provider, Router Manufacturer) with no solution. Has anyone else experienced this same problem or have an idea of how to solve?

□ This firmware will fix below symptom

- unable to enjoy "Net flix" and "Blockbuster"

- intermittent problem some stream may have when playing "Media Play"
