Samsung DLP tv, Cable unit came off??
I need help, i was unplugging my cable when suddenly the whole cable unit inside the tv came off with it. I looked into it and it seems like its not possible to place back. Can Samsung repair this problem?, since its a one year warranty for parts and labor. I didnt get a warranty from the site i bought it (VANNS.COM) but im thinknig Samsung still covers this. Has anyone ever experienced this? Also, will it be faster if i go to a local tv repair shop? and can u estimate how much it will cost? thanks!
Usually, that part is attached directly to the tuner or RF switcher assy and is very difficult to replace. It's better to just replace the tuner or RF switcher. Estimated cost: $100.00 to $200.00... perhaps more if it is part of an HD tuner.
