HLN5065W samsung tv - what does the lamp light and temp. light both blinking mean?

the temperature light and the lamp light are blinking the TEMP. light is blinking red and the other is blinking green

One of two issues.

Lamp is bad.

Or Lamp Cover on back is not set correct - there is a micro switch - it could fail or not set right causes the same blinking lights.
