my samsung hl50a650c1f Tv.Keeping turning itself on and off. I just replace the light bulb. What could it be..?
hi jennifer....I have a samsung plasma tv that when it is turned off in "standby mode" the blue idicator light comes on....not the actual tv turning on...is this what happens to your tv as well? if so...because it has been put on standby it still has electricity passing through it...i'm only guessing but maybe its just that small amount of electricity building up and causing a release to happen....my television and a reciever are connected via the same power board my reciever comes off and on occasionally as well...just it's standby light....it's always happened and does not phase me whatsoever...as it has not damaged my connected equipment or nothing has caught on fire etc. so i don't think it's anything to be concerned about....merry xmas.
