Question and comments about the Samsung 3D TV?
First, is it just the special movies and the glasses that are 3D, or is it everything you watch? Also, it would get annoying sometimes if you have to wear glasses for TV, and if you lose them, with the picture be distorted?
~thanks
All 3D TVs can function as normal 2D TVs so no you don't have to wear the glasses all the time. It's up to you to activate the 3D function. Samsung claims that they will offer simulated 3D modes to give 2D programs a 3D look, but from what I've read, at shows like CES the results were kind of lame so don't get excited about it. Also, the Panasonic 3D plasmas have the best image quality and the best 3D effect so far.
