How do I find out what model of television the TV I just bought is?
I recently bought a TV at a second hand sale that came with no control. The seller did not know what type/model the TV was apart from it was a Samsung. Is there a way I can find this out? It is 40 inches and says 'HDTV' and a few other things on it, no the model type though. Maybe it will say inside? I just want to purchase a control for it.
There should be a sticker or other markings on the back with the Model Number and Serial Number.
As far as a control goes, I really like the Logitech Harmony remotes. They can be programmed to control just about anything and will handle multiple devices.
