At 32", you don't really need 1080p unless you are going to be watching the TV from within 4 feet. That's the only distance that you should notice a difference between 720p and 1080p on a set that small. Save a few bucks and get a 720p from a top brand like Sony or Toshiba. The most important number on your set will be the refresh rate, make sure it is at least 120 Hz.
